Contact us to book a time slot for a no obligation site survey to check that your plot is suitable. We will discuss your preferred building style and the options available to you before producing a layout design for consultation.

We will then draft your proposed layout and draw up a no obligation quote for your proposed building project.
At this point we will also evaluate if planning permission or a certificate of permitted development will be required to progress. Our expert team will deal directly with the local authority on your behalf and look after any required permissions and building control certification within the quoted price.

While planning your project we can agree on a date for installation. A 25% deposit secures an installation date and covers the initial costs of drawing up architectural and construction drawings and any planning application fees.

Six weeks prior to your installation date we will begin production of your building. At this point you will receive an invoice for further 60% . Upon receipt of payment, we will be in touch to finalise details and provide an electrical plan to confirm the placement of interior and exterior lighting, switches, sockets and consumer unit, as well as discuss and finalise heating and climate control options.

All Lifespace Studio projects are project managed, delivered and installed by our highly trained staff. Delivery and installation is included within the quoted price. Our unique foundation system will be installed two days prior to your structure arriving on site. This is installed by our foundation partners, no more digging, providing a time-saving and environmentally-friendly ground screw system that can be installed without digging, damage and with minimal disruption or upheaval. The foundation takes around half a day for the team to create and test.

Installation of your garden room will take between 2-5 days with the main structure being weather tight by the end of day one. Internal finishes such as acoustic walls plastering and painting as well as fixture and any appliance options will be carried out in the following weeks after construction is complete.
